How I Work
How I Work
With all patients to begin establishing trust and building rapport. With this it can lessens anxiety and get you to disclose your inner thoughts. This is a gradual and integrative process. While this is both structured and in the moment; I appraise the appropriate pace based on the person’s specific needs. After our consultation and early sessions I employ a variety of skills that teach new behaviors, replacing old “default” tendencies with physical application, coaching, and education.
